This apartment is not luxurious, but has the bones to be very comfortable.

Points positifs : The good points of this apartment are as follows:- 1. The location; 2. The private garage attached; 3. The three bedrooms, although not all the mattresses are comfortable; 4. The view, if they weren’t currently restoring it; 5. Some of the facilities, but no dryer as stated; 6. The great shower pressure and heat; 7. The spaciousness; 8. The young man, Guillaume, who helped us get into the apartment! Without his help, we would never have been able to find it!

Points négatifs : What we didn’t like are as follows :- 1. The smell from the shower drain that becomes unbearable at certain times; 2. The dirty floors and coffee spills on the wall; 3. The messy kitchen cabinet, that I had to try and find kitchenware to use; 4. The many missing items such as tea towels, bathmats, small necessary kitchen utensils, required to cook a meal etc. (We did receive the tea towels and bath mats from Guillaume, after asking. 5. The attitude of the Management Team, that look after this apartment. Very aloof and no follow ups.
